I was shown this card by Akio Hizume,that is the above left type. At this time inventor is unknown. I named the card "Popup..." arbitrarily.

red line:to cut solid line:mountain crease dotted line:valley crease	How to make Prepare A4size Kent paper and draw like left figure,then cut by cutter(red line). Then make crease line mountain and valley. Central part is hard to fold,so you had better to use tweezers.
